Does it include all listings, including private rooms?
Yes, it includes all listings, without any filters.
We have no plan for supporting filters, since this would affect the purpose of market reports. Although a guest may apply filters to their search, filtering out listings will not accurately reflect the position of your listing, and the competitive pressure of other listings on your rates.
My ranking is "+350", "Not Found" or ❌, what does it mean?
Unfortunately, it was not possible to find your listings within the first 350 search results.
This doesn't mean you are definitely invisible to guests, but there is a chance that this will require an extra effort from them (for example, selecting filters or restricting their search to an area).
Because we haven't seen your listing, we also cannot confirm your nightly rate as it would appear to possible guests. However, we can still give you the usual market aggregates (min, max, average and median rates) and the number of listings available in your area.
If that situation persists, we invite you to contact us to investigate what might go wrong. This might be an irregular search term, but in the past this has proven to be be an error on Airbnb's side (listing wrongfully geolocated, or not geolocated at all).
